This policy explains what personal data Clipping Bridge collects through this website, why, and what rights you have. The data controller operates under the trading name Clipping Bridge (“Clipping Bridge”, “we”). Contact: hello@clippingbridge.com.

Processors
We use trusted providers to run the website and our operations. Depending on the service, data may be processed outside the EU under appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses):
- Website delivery: OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure
- Forms and scheduling: the providers linked or embedded on the relevant page
- Email: the email provider used for correspondence with you
- Analytics: aggregated site-performance and visit information, where enabled
- Campaign operations and payouts (clippers): Whop / Content Rewards, under their own privacy policy
- Community (clippers): Discord, under its own privacy policy
We never sell personal data.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries that don’t become clients: up to 3 years after last contact.
- Client data: for the duration of the contract, then as required by accounting law.
- Clipper applications not accepted: up to 12 months.
Cookies
This website doesn’t use advertising or tracking cookies. Embedded services (for example the booking calendar) may set their own cookies when you use them.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can access, correct, delete or export your data, object to or restrict its processing, and withdraw consent at any time. Email hello@clippingbridge.com. You can also complain to the CNIL (cnil.fr) or your local data protection authority.
